Real world street smart experience:

Before co-founding RPM Success Group®, JP started four successful businesses, of which he systematized and sold three. The third (a real estate investment company) is still owned and operated as his lifelong business interest and one of his "multiple streams of income."

John-Paul's entrepreneurial drive began at the early age of 12 when he started and expanded a neighborhood service business, which he sold to a well established company a little over two years later. The profits he made from the sale of this business went towards his college education.

After working his way through four years of a college education at Rutgers University for a double major of Economics / Sociology, John-Paul got frustrated and felt it was time to again step out and start his own business. With less than a semester of credits to complete, he jumped into entrepreneurial fray and formed his second company at the age of 21.

After two short years in business, he realized there had to be a better way than just "working like a dog," seemingly doing it all himself. So he set out on a journey that he gladly recognizes will never end. It's what the Japanese call "Kaizen," which is loosely translated as "constant ongoing improvement."

Realizing he didn't have all the answers, JP found a mentor and in short order built his own "advisory board" of successful business owners and professionals who added wisdom to all his decisions. In the early nineties he voraciously devoured hundreds of hours of personal and professional development programs and chewed through dozens of books on strategic business development and personal performance. He implemented and adapted what he learned. By the mid nineties, he spun off his third business.

In early '99 there came a turning point. As a result of an intensive time of introspection, John-Paul became aware of something his wife had known for years already. As financially flush as they were, JP realized he was "barking up the wrong tree." Even with running two businesses, he was unfulfilled and bored.

Not being one to sit by idly once he identifies a problem, JP dedicated over 300 hours in just under 6-weeks to find out what "the right tree" was. After taking over half-a-dozen different assessments, reading through close to forty books and interviewing a number of top business leaders in those six weeks, he found his true passion. A passion that allowed him to create a business where he would never have to work again a day in his life.

John-Paul is now dedicated to helping other business owners break through to the growth and freedom they've always dreamed they could have, showing them how to regain the vision they had when they originally started their business, and guiding them to attain their dream in record time.

He's been mentored and coached by top business leaders, including Anthony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Steven Covey, and Brian Tracey, along with internet marketing geniuses Stephen Pierce and Corye Rudyl. John-Paul is also a current apprentice of reknowned marketing genius - Jay Abraham.
